Underage Policy

SoulPal has a zero-tolerance policy for underage use and underage sexual content.

1. Adults Only

SoulPal is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Prohibited Content

The Service may not be used to create, request, upload, share, roleplay, or distribute content involving minors in any sexual, suggestive, exploitative, or age-inappropriate context.

3. Detection and Enforcement

SoulPal may use age-gating, moderation tools, behavioral monitoring, user reports, and manual review to detect underage use or prohibited minor-related content.

If we suspect a user is under 18 or that prohibited underage content is involved, we may:

  • remove content;
  • suspend or terminate the account;
  • retain evidence for investigation; and
  • report the matter where required or appropriate.
