Sex Trafficking Policy

SoulPal prohibits any use of the Service that promotes, facilitates, advertises, depicts, instructs, or profits from sex trafficking or sexual exploitation.
1. Zero-Tolerance Rule
The following are strictly prohibited:
- recruiting, transporting, harboring, soliciting, or exploiting persons for commercial sexual activity;
- coercion, force, fraud, debt bondage, or threats used in sexual exploitation;
- advertising or arranging trafficking-related services;
- content that normalizes, glorifies, or instructs trafficking behavior; and
- use of the platform to target vulnerable persons for exploitation.
3. Enforcement
Where trafficking or exploitation concerns arise, SoulPal may immediately remove content, terminate accounts, preserve records, and report the matter to relevant authorities or trusted partners.
4. Reporting
If you believe trafficking-related activity is present on SoulPal, report it to support@soulpal.ai.
