Pre-Screening and Post-Screening Policy
Last Modified March 27, 2026
SoulPal may use both pre-screening and post-screening controls to manage platform risk.
1. Pre-Screening
Before content is published, displayed, or delivered, SoulPal may apply automated screening to detect signals associated with:
- minors or age-inappropriate sexual content;
- trafficking or exploitation risk;
- prohibited violent or abusive scenarios;
- policy-evasion attempts;
- spam, fraud, or malicious activity.
Pre-screening may block or limit content before it reaches users.
2. Post-Screening
After content is generated, uploaded, or published, SoulPal may continue reviewing it using:
- user reports;
- automated re-checks;
- trust and safety audits;
- random or risk-based manual review; and
- legal or compliance escalations.
3. Outcome of Screening
Screening may result in approval, soft restriction, warning, manual review, removal, or account enforcement.
4. No Guarantee
Screening reduces risk but cannot guarantee that all problematic content will be detected or prevented.
