Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, subscription cancellations, and billing disputes are handled for SoulPal.

1. General Rule

Unless required by law, payments made for subscriptions, credits, digital features, or other paid services are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered, activated, consumed, or made available to your account.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date. When you cancel:

  • your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period; and
  • you will not be charged again for the next billing cycle unless you resubscribe.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

3. When We May Consider a Refund

We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where:

  • you were charged multiple times due to a billing error;
  • a paid feature was unavailable because of a verified technical failure on our side;
  • you were charged after a valid cancellation due to our processing error; or
  • a refund is required by applicable law.

4. Situations Usually Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • change of mind;
  • dissatisfaction with AI personality, style, or generated outputs;
  • failure to cancel before renewal;
  • partial use of a subscription period;
  • account restrictions caused by policy violations; or
  • purchases made through a third-party platform that requires you to request refunds directly from that provider.

5. EU / UK Consumer Rights

If mandatory consumer law in your country provides a withdrawal or cooling-off right for digital services, SoulPal will honor the rights required by applicable law. If you ask us to begin supplying the digital service immediately, you acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be reduced or lost once the digital content or service has begun.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@soulpal.ai before initiating a chargeback. Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in temporary account restriction while the matter is reviewed.

7. How to Request Review

To request a refund review, email support@soulpal.ai and include:

  • your account email;
  • date and amount of the charge;
  • transaction or invoice details, if available; and
  • a short explanation of the issue.

We may ask for additional information needed to verify the request.
