Prohibited Content Policy

You may not create, upload, request, share, roleplay, or distribute content involving:

• any person under 18 in a sexualized, exploitative, or suggestive context;
• age regression used in a sexual context;
• incest involving minors;
• grooming, coercion, or sexual extortion of minors; or
• content that attempts to normalize, encourage, or eroticize child exploitation.

Content that promotes, facilitates, advertises, or depicts sex trafficking, coercive prostitution, sexual slavery, or forced sexual conduct is prohibited.

You may not use SoulPal for content involving rape, sexual assault, coercion, blackmail, unconscious persons, drug-facilitated sexual activity, or lack of meaningful consent.

Prohibited content includes:

• abuse fetishization involving real persons without consent;
• revenge porn or intimate image abuse;
• doxxing or threats tied to sexual content;
• humiliation or degradation involving unlawful coercion; and
• content that facilitates exploitation of vulnerable persons.

You may not use the Service to generate or distribute content that:

• facilitates criminal activity;
• promotes terrorism or violent extremism;
• depicts or encourages bestiality where prohibited by law;
• contains malware, phishing, fraud, or identity theft; or
• violates intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

Attempts to bypass moderation systems, filters, age checks, or policy enforcement are prohibited.

SoulPal may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend features, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report matters to relevant authorities where appropriate.
