Content Removal Policy

SoulPal may remove, restrict, disable, or limit access to content when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce our rules.
1. Reasons Content May Be Removed
Content may be removed if it:
- violates our Terms or platform policies;
- creates trust, safety, or legal risk;
- involves minors or sexual exploitation concerns;
- infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- is subject to a valid legal complaint or court order; or
- is deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive.
2. Forms of Action
Depending on severity, we may:
- remove the content entirely;
- limit distribution or visibility;
- place content under review;
- age-gate or restrict access;
- suspend publication tools;
- suspend or terminate the associated account.
3. Notice
We may provide notice when appropriate, but we may also act without notice where immediate action is needed for safety, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
4. Appeals
If you believe content was removed in error, you may contact support@soulpal.ai with relevant details. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.
5. Record Preservation
SoulPal may preserve copies of removed content and associated account data for investigation, audit, legal, or safety purposes.
