Complaint Policy

SoulPal accepts complaints relating to platform content, account enforcement, intellectual property, privacy, billing, safety, and legal compliance.

1. How to Submit a Complaint

Email support@soulpal.ai and include, where relevant:

  • your name and contact information;
  • the account email involved;
  • links, screenshots, or identifiers for the content or action at issue;
  • a short explanation of the complaint; and
  • any supporting documentation.

2. Review Process

After receiving a complaint, SoulPal may:

  • acknowledge receipt;
  • request more information;
  • review available records and content;
  • take interim action where necessary; and
  • respond with the result if appropriate.

3. Priority Complaints

Complaints involving minors, exploitation, trafficking, credible threats, or urgent legal risk may be escalated and handled on an expedited basis.

4. Abuse of the Complaint Process

False, malicious, repetitive, or bad-faith complaints may be deprioritized or result in enforcement.
